About Us

We are a stable company operating in the field of railway equipment maintenance since 2007. A significant change in the company’s modern history came in 2019, when the company became a member of the IDS Building Corporation holding under the name KDS-Kladenská dopravní a strojní, s.r.o. Within the IDS holding, the company took on the role of a strategic supplier of comprehensive maintenance services for a freight railway operator (IDS Cargo, a.s.) and for railway transport operations, particularly for building activities.

On September 20, 2022, the company changed its trade name and has since operated under the name IDS LocoCare s.r.o. The company carries out its maintenance activities primarily in fully equipped premises in Kladno and Děčín. Services are mainly offered to external customers, to whom we provide individual attention to their projects and high-quality workmanship.

As of July 1, 2024, the company diversified its business activities by separating railway transport from its structure, leading to the establishment of a new sister company operating under the brand IDS LogiRail s.r.o., in which IDS LocoCare s.r.o. holds a 100% share.

From this date, IDS LocoCare s.r.o. has solely been offering maintenance and repair activities across railway equipment.
